NOTE: If you are experiencing an issue logging into the Online Ordering Portal where after entering the Facility Identifier and Access Code the page does not refresh to the next page, please do the following:

• For Chrome users: Open an Incognito window by either the menu (File / New Incognito Window), the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner and select New Incognito Window, or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Edge users: Open an InPrivate window by either the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner and select New InPrivate window, or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N.
